As a subsequent addition to the installation 64 wind panels will be installed on the roofs of the rondel. The wind panels will be made of specially treated stainless steel and correspond to a special circle of colour spectrum. With wind effect they can rotate within their attachment.

The wind and weather will be reflected on the square by these panels.

250 cm x 250 cm in size, they will be the equivalent height of one story of the building.

The number of panels (64) corresponds to the number of signs that exist in the I Ching, (The Book of Changes) by Confucius.

The colour spectrum reflects the diversity of all cultures, depicting a harmonious whole made up of many parts.

On foot of the wind panels visitors will find the answer plaque to his or her question.
