64 colour plaques (40 cm x 320 cm) encircle the Mehringplatz (180 meter in diameter). The plaques are situated on the inner side of the round concrete basins.

When entering the square the visitor meets the colour plaques at eye level. From every point of the square the visitor can choose a colour.

To each chosen colour plaque there is a corresponding "answer plaque" which offers inspiration for the answer of his question.
